Job description

About this position

At EagleBreak (Ecotrak + ENTOUCH), we’re building something bigger than a typical SaaS company—we’re redefining how multi-site businesses manage their facilities, energy, and operations.

Ecotrak (CMMS) helps operators stay ahead of repair & maintenance. ENTOUCH (energy management & smart building tech) helps them optimize energy usage and building performance. Together, we power thousands of locations across brands like Wingstop, T-Mobile, and Ralph Lauren.

We’re growing fast (~$30M revenue, strong double‑digit growth) and hitting a major inflection point as we scale into a fully integrated, recurring SaaS platform.

This is a hands‑on, high-impact role where strategy and execution go hand in hand. If you like building, scaling, and actually shaping a company, you’ll fit right in.

Location: Irvine, CA or Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

What You’ll Get Done

Own the Financial Backbone

  • Lead consolidated financial reporting across the business
  • Build and evolve SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, unit economics)
  • Drive forecasting, planning, and investor reporting

Be a Strategic Partner

  • Help shape growth strategy, pricing, and business model evolution
  • Support the transition to a recurring SaaS / HaaS model
  • Build integrated financial models that actually guide decisions

Drive Growth & Transactions

  • Lead financial diligence for M&A and strategic opportunities
  • Partner on acquisitions, integrations, and scaling efforts

Manage Capital & Operations

  • Oversee cash, working capital, and credit facilities
  • Ensure strong controls, audit readiness, and GAAP compliance (ASC 606)

Build the Team

  • Recruit and lead a high-performing finance org
  • Create a culture of accountability, clarity, and data-driven decision-making
What You’ll Bring to the Crew
  • 12+ years in finance, ideally in PE‑backed or high‑growth SaaS
  • Prior CFO or VP Finance experience
  • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, CAC, etc.)
  • Experience scaling finance in a fast‑moving environment
  • Ability to go from strategy → model → execution without missing a beat
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, high‑accountability culture
Why This Role
  • Build the finance function for a rapidly scaling platform company
  • Work directly with PE investors and executive leadership
  • Play a central role in M&A and long‑term strategy
  • Be part of a team that’s practical, hardworking, and actually fun to build with

As part of our commitment to compliance with federal regulations, Ecotrak uses E-Verify to verify the employment eligibility of all employees.
