Financial Controller - GP Fund Solutions

Our Controllers play a key role in supporting their teams-managing client financials, reviewing workbooks, and partnering with Directors on client strategy.
What You'll Do:
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting deliverables across multiple clients.
  • Review client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key reports.
  • Provide technical accounting expertise and industry insights to clients.
  • Coordinate and oversee the external audit process, as well as annual tax reporting in partnership with third-party accounting firms.
  • Prepare and review partner capital calls, waterfall models, distribution notices, and management fee calculations.
  • Lead, train, and mentor team members by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and delivering performance feedback.
  • Ensure the team's compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively managing expectations and consistently meeting deliverables.
