About This Role
RGP is seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional to partner with leading organizations on high-impact initiatives that strengthen financial operations, improve business processes, and support strategic transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of engagements, collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to address complex accounting, finance, and operational challenges.
The ideal individual is a trusted advisor who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing a consultative approach to solving business problems and driving meaningful results
What You Will Work On
  • Finance transformation and process improvement projects
  • ERP implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and integrations involving SAP or Oracle
  • Carve-out, divestiture, separation, and integration activities would be helpful
  • Internal and external audit support and remediation efforts a plus
  • SOX compliance, risk management, and internal controls enhancement
  • Month-end close optimization and accounting process improvements
  • Financial planning, analysis, and operational finance initiatives
  • Assessment and redesign of finance operating models and organizational structures
  • Cross-functional projects involving accounting, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders
  • Development of executive-level presentations, business recommendations, and project deliverables
  • Management of project timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 10-20 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, advisory, or transformation roles
  • Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems, including SAP and/or Oracle
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following:

  • Financial Reporting
  • Accounting Operations
  • Audit
  • Finance Transformation
  • Controllership
  • Internal Controls

  • Divestitures
  • M&A Integration
  • Shared Services Transformation

  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive solutions with minimal direction

  • Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Consulting experience with a professional services, advisory, or consulting firm preferred
  • Big 4 public accounting or advisory experience preferred
  • CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification is a plus
  • Ability to work onsite in Atlanta three days per week
