Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

Review the work of a group of Fund Administrators (I, II and III). Reviewing responsibilities primarily includes financial statements, board materials, compliance tests and other functions of Fund Administration.

Key Functions:

  • Coordinate with Lead Administrator and client's external auditor the audit of financial statements and provide timely and accurate documentation necessary to complete the audit
  • Respond to client questions and requests
  • Perform review of quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial reports for assigned funds to ensure accuracy and proper disclosure
  • Perform review of periodic dividend and capital gain distributions
  • Perform final review of requested board material for client board meetings.
  • Other Duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skills

MINIMUM:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Understanding of mutual fund and GAAP requirements required
  • Strong customer service skill are necessary

Requirements

MINIMUM:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of four years of fund administration or related industry experience

PREFERRED:

  • Accounting or finance degree preferred

US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin:

$63,830 - $100,210

US Employees in all other states not listed above:

$57,760 - $90,960
