Job description

The Opportunity
Our New York office is looking for a Banking and Finance associate with two to five years of experience in transactional lending, preferably leveraged-lending. The position will involve both drafting and negotiating commitment papers, terms sheets, credit agreements and security documents. Prior experience performing these duties is helpful. Preference for an associate that has direct lending or private equity sponsor-side experience, experience working for banks and lending counsel is also helpful. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
Compensation: Salary range is $235,000 - $310,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
