Job description

NTG Staffing is seeking an experienced Site Controller with a manufacturing backgroundto oversee all financial operations at the plant level. This is a direct hire opportunity with a client in Northvale, NJ.
This role will manage budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, month-end close, and financial reporting while partnering with plant leadership to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the manufacturing site.
  • Manage month-end close, GAAP compliance, SOX controls, and audit processes.
  • Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, cost controls, and profitability analysis.
  • Partner with operations, procurement, and leadership teams on cost reduction initiatives.
  • Develop KPIs and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA preferred), 7+ years of manufacturing finance/controller experience, strong cost accounting knowledge, ERP proficiency, and excellent analytical and leadership skills.
