About the Role
Are you the kind of person who sees chaos as opportunity? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We're looking for a versatile, resourceful, and highly driven Sr. Accountant who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact on our accounting, finance, and operations departments.
This role is perfect for someone who wears many hats with ease, has a solid grounding in accounting and operational processes, and can quickly adapt to shifting priorities. You'll be instrumental in streamlining daily workflows, owning financial tasks, and solving problems that don't yet have owners. A true "figure it out" mindset is key - you won't always be told how to do something, but you'll be supported in finding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
  • Assist with daily and monthly financial transactions, including AP, AR, payroll support, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support reconciliations.
  • Help prepare financial reports, dashboards, and support budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for tax, reporting, and compliance needs.
  • Assist with our international entities

Operations
  • Act as a utility player across internal operations - HR, legal, procurement, facilities, IT- you name it.
  • Design and improve workflows to make the business more efficient and scalable.
  • Manage special projects and help implement new tools and systems across teams.
  • Maintain internal documentation and SOPs; continuously seek optimization opportunities.
  • Support onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees and vendors.

Cross-Functional Firefighting
  • Step into undefined situations and take ownership of solving them.
  • Be a liaison between departments to unblock issues and keep things moving.
  • Drive initiatives that improve team alignment, reduce friction, and save time.

Who You Are
  • Swiss Army Knife: You're versatile, fast-learning, and comfortable operating outside a single discipline.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: You don't wait for instructions - you identify what needs doing and go do it.
  • Financially Literate: You have a firm grasp of accounting principles and enjoy working with numbers.
  • Detail-Oriented: You keep the trains running on time and take pride in doing things right.
  • Systems Thinker: You see how processes connect and know how to build sustainable systems.
  • High Integrity: You handle confidential information with care and act as a trusted partner across the company.
  • Adaptable: You're energized by change and ambiguity, and thrive in environments where you need to improvise and iterate.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an operations, finance, accounting, or similar generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting workflows (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Experience with project management tools a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Be part of scaling a high-impact, fast-growing SaaS company that is redefining strategy execution in enterprises.
  • A culture that values autonomy, ownership, and initiative.
  • A supportive team that will trust you to lead and learn by doing.
  • Opportunities to grow and evolve with the business.
  • Exposure to all sides of a growing company - from high-level strategy to day-to-day execution.
