Job description

The Office and Finance Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative and finance operations of the organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage data accurately and efficiently. The position plays a key role in maintaining reliable financial records, supporting bookkeeping activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of core finance functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support day-to-day office and finance operations
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Communicate with vendors and customers
  • Work within QuickBooks Online
  • Communicate with city and county offices
  • Assist with filing, mailing, and general admin tasks
  • Provide personal assistant support to company leadership
  • Help manage HR functions and insurance matters
  • Track and maintain inventory
  • Use Excel to manage and organize data
  • Assist with general bookkeeping and office organization
  • Various other administrative projects
