Our platform supports real markets, real customers, and real business operations every day. Reliability, accuracy, security, and performance are not abstract goals for us; they are essential to the customers who rely on our systems to operate efficiently.

We are a lean, high-accountability company where people have meaningful ownership, visibility into outcomes, and the opportunity to make a direct impact. We value disciplined thinking, strong follow-through, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

At dynaConnections, your work matters, your judgment is visible, and your contributions help strengthen technology that supports the real estate industry every day.

Role Summary

dynaConnections is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, strengthen internal processes, and provide leadership with accurate, timely financial information to support disciplined decision-making and scalable growth.

This is a trusted, hands-on role focused primarily on finance, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, coordination of the monthly close, budgeting support, cash flow visibility, financial reporting, and operational process improvement.

The Finance & Operations Manager will serve as the primary internal liaison to the company’s external accounting, payroll, tax, and financial partners while helping to maintain strong financial controls, reliable reporting, and efficient operating procedures.

While this is not a dedicated HR role, the position may include occasional administrative coordination for onboarding documentation, employee records, and interactions with external HR or payroll providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including AP, AR, invoicing, collections support, expense processing, and financial recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate monthly close activities with external accounting and VCFO partners.
  • Maintain reconciliations, supporting documentation, internal controls, and audit-ready records.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, budget-to-actual reports, variance analyses, cash flow updates, and leadership reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and cash flow planning.
  • Monitor vendor obligations, customer collections, recurring expenses, and cash requirements.
  • Support recurring revenue operations, including subscription billing, deferred revenue tracking, and revenue recognition coordination.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, approvals, and payroll-related reconciliations with external payroll providers.
  • Assist with tax, audit, compliance, insurance, and lease accounting documentation.
  • Improve finance processes, reporting workflows, documentation, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain data integrity across accounting, billing, payroll, and reporting systems.
  • Provide occasional administrative coordination for onboarding documentation and employee records.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, bookkeeping, or similar financial management roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, monthly close support, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with external CPA firms, outsourced accounting partners, VCFO firms, or payroll providers.
  • Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP Run or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, subscription-based, or recurring-revenue businesses strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with deferred revenue, subscription billing, and revenue recognition concepts preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a lean, founder-led company where ownership and reliability matter.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a highly organized finance operator who takes ownership, values accuracy, and enjoys improving processes. You are comfortable managing financial operations independently while coordinating with external partners and leadership.

You will be a strong fit if you:

  • Take pride in accurate, reliable work.
  • Enjoy creating structure and improving workflows.
  • Communicate clearly with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Are comfortable in a small-company environment where priorities can evolve.
  • Bring sound judgment, discretion, and a proactive mindset.

What Success Looks Like

  • Monthly close and reporting are timely, accurate, and well-documented.
  • Leadership has clear visibility into cash flow, budget status, and financial performance.
  • AP, AR, invoicing, collections support, expense workflows, and payroll coordination run smoothly.
  • Financial records and supporting documentation are organized and audit-ready.
  • External accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance requests are handled efficiently.
  • Finance processes become more scalable, repeatable, and reliable.

Why Join dynaConnections?

At dynaConnections, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact at a stable, long-standing SaaS company that serves an essential part of the real estate industry.

We are a lean organization where strong performers are trusted, visible, and given meaningful ownership. Your work will directly support greater financial visibility, stronger operating discipline, and smarter decision-making across the company.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to help strengthen the financial foundation of a growing technology business while collaborating closely with leadership and external partners. You will join a company that values accuracy, reliability, accountability, and practical process improvement.
