The Finance Analyst will work closely with the CFO and other members of management and the executive team to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into actionable insights and recommendations. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimizing systems, and ensuring successful project execution.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, gather, and document requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, business performance, and areas for improvement. Present findings through reports and dashboards.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
  • Solution Development: Work with IT teams to develop and implement software solutions or system enhancements based on business requirements.
