Job description

Position Title: Accounting Associate

Location: Denver, CO

Schedule: Full Time | Monday to Friday

Compensation: $45,000-55,000 Salary (DOE)

Position Overview: The Accounting Assistant works alongside and in supportive of our HR/Accounting Specialist to support the day to day financial and accounting needs of the organization. The primary responsibilities will be:

  • Inputting data into multiple systems relating to accounting, including: AP/AR, Expenses, Payroll, and Insurance
  • Coordinating with multiple department to ensure that accounting records are accurate and timely
  • Coordinating with the Insurance Advocate Team to ensure the accurate recording and submission of insurance claims
  • Supporting special projects as needed

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous accounting experience required
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Power BI preferred
  • Bachelors Degree with a concentration in business or finance preferred
