Location: Redwood City, CA / Bay Area, California(This position requires the person to be in Bay area office for 3 days a week. )

We are looking for someone with an accounting firm background, preferably a CPA with 3–4 years of experience.
About the Company: Our client is a well-established global organization with a strong presence in media, technology, and business services. Headquartered in the Bay Area, the company manages strategic operations, business development initiatives, and regional growth efforts across North America.

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Associate to support the company’s accounting
operations, financial reporting, and business finance processes.

Accounting & Financial Operations (Primary Focus)
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Support financial statement preparation in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Accounts Receivable & Business Coordination
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams for timely collections.
• Monitor overdue invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.


Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
• Support finance leadership with reporting and operational coordination.
• Assist with presentations and internal communications.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and service providers.
