Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

Job Description

As a Cleanroom Technician, you work on a first-shift schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with regular overtime opportunities on Fridays. In this role, you assemble and produce air filters in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring that each product meets strict quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble air filters according to established production procedures and specifications.
  • Operate in a cleanroom environment while following all cleanliness and contamination control protocols.
  • Perform production tasks efficiently to meet daily output and quality targets.
  • Inspect components and finished air filters for defects or inconsistencies and report issues promptly.
  • Handle materials and equipment safely and correctly throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Follow documented work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area in compliance with cleanroom standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support smooth production flow and resolve minor issues.
  • Participate in overtime shifts on Fridays as needed to meet production demands.

Pay and Benefits
