Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

Job Description

As a Cleanroom Technician, you work on a first-shift schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with regular overtime opportunities on Fridays. In this role, you assemble and produce air filters in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring that each product meets strict quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble air filters according to established production procedures and specifications.
• Operate in a cleanroom environment while following all cleanliness and contamination control protocols.
• Perform production tasks efficiently to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Inspect components and finished air filters for defects or inconsistencies and report issues promptly.
• Handle materials and equipment safely and correctly throughout the manufacturing process.
• Follow documented work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area in compliance with cleanroom standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support smooth production flow and resolve minor issues.
• Participate in overtime shifts on Fridays as needed to meet production demands.

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment and understanding of contamination control practices.
• Hands-on assembly skills, including working with small components and following detailed instructions.
• Experience in production or manufacturing settings with an emphasis on consistent quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliability in adhering to a first-shift schedule (5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Thursday) and overtime on Fridays.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with air filter manufacturing or handling air filter components.
• Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment.

Work Environment

You work in a controlled cleanroom facility focused on the assembly and production of air filters. The environment requires adherence to strict cleanliness and contamination control standards, including appropriate cleanroom attire and protective gear. The position follows a first-shift schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with overtime typically available on Fridays. The workspace is structured, process-oriented, and centered on safe, efficient operation of production equipment and handling of materials.E

This is a Contract position based out of Jeffersontown, KY.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
