Job description

What is the job?

The Oracle P&C Functional Lead is the script supervisor and creative consultant behind Regal’s Global People & Culture transformation. Acting as the design authority, this role ensures our Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll storyline is consistent, scalable, and compliant — while still delivering local box office hits across the US, UK, and Central Europe. From Core HR to Learning, Payroll to Succession Planning, you’ll orchestrate modules like a cinematic universe, aligning them into one seamless, global franchise that supports Regal’s theatre workforce.

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll direct the global design of Oracle HCM Cloud, making sure the big picture works across every territory.
  • You’ll lead functional workshops and blueprint sessions like table reads, aligning stakeholders on the script
  • You’ll drive module-by-module delivery (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning, etc.) like a showrunner overseeing multiple story arcs.
  • You’ll support testing, training, and adoption, ensuring every cast member (users, leaders, theatre staff) knows their lines and cues.
  • You’ll act as a trusted advisor — keeping our transformation on track and ready for opening night.

About you

  • You bring 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience, covering multiple modules and Payroll.
  • You’ve played lead roles as design authority on large-scale, multi-country HCM projects.
  • You understand the unique challenges of large hourly workforces — from scheduling to compliance — especially in cinema, retail, or hospitality.
  • You balance global standardization with local statutory needs, like a director balancing studio demands with creative vision.
  • You’re a strong communicator and workshop leader, able to bring cast and crew together across functions and countries.
  • You will be a great fit if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire.
