Job description

Thin Film Operator – Graveyard Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Santa Rosa, CA
$28.00 – $30.00/hr DOE

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work in Thin Film fabrication, test, or separation areas supporting circuit production
  • Handle delicate thin film substrates and circuit materials with precision and care
  • Operate manufacturing equipment including:
    • Masking systems
    • Etching equipment
    • Bonding tools
    • Probe stations
    • Microscopes and inspection cameras
  • Perform setup, visual inspection, and verification of parts and processes
  • Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure consistency and performance of circuits
  • Work independently under direction of a production coordinator while contributing to team goals
  • Collaborate professionally with engineering, trainers, and fellow operators
  • Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to established manufacturing procedures
  • Report concerns or issues through proper communication and escalation channels
  • Support continuous improvement in quality, yield, and production efficiency
  • Maintain accurate documentation and use basic computer systems as required
  • Work in an ESD-controlled environment and follow all safety and handling protocols
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Ability to work in an ESD-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to handle very small, delicate parts
  • Experience or ability to work with sensitive materials at substrate/circuit level
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards consistently
  • Must be a U.S. Person
  • High School Diploma or GED required
