Job description

brooklynONE productions is looking for a Part-Time Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

brooklynONE productions (bkONE) was founded in 2006 by Tom Kane and Anthony Marino as a haven for emerging artists. Based in the heart of Brooklyn, the company develops bold, innovative, and experimental performances from original works to reimagined classics spanning theatre, film, music, mixed media, and more. The company’s permanent home, the Tom Kane Theatre, is an intimate black box-style performance space at the center of a thriving arts community in Industry City. bkONE maintains strong ties to its Brooklyn roots and remains committed to fostering collaboration, supporting artists of all ages and experience levels, and expanding access to transformative performance experiences throughout NYC and beyond.

As we continue to expand our programming, partnerships, and impact, we’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping an arts organization thrive behind the scenes.

The Operations Coordinator role will serve as a key person of the organization, supporting areas including:
• Financial tracking and reporting
• Payroll administration
• Budget management
• Board reporting
• Operational systems and organization

?? Location: Industry City, Brooklyn (Hybrid)
?? Part-Time - Approximately 20 hours per week
