Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm; 5 to 6 days a week
Responsibilities
Warehouse Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Be on time and ready to work at the start of shift
  • Inventory count verification
  • Receiving input into BPCS and V2
  • Assisting customers with locating items in warehouse
  • Outbound freight - returned goods and/or repair
  • Order issue and placement - MRO, special order and stock items
  • Order follow up
  • Maintain credit purchase log and reconcile to statement
  • PO filing and associated file maintenance
  • Resolving of invoice match issues
  • Year end file purging
  • "5S" implementation with focus on visual order, organization, cleanliness and standardization
  • Operate a forklift
  • Data Entry
  • Scan in invoices and other inventory documents
  • Forklift operations
  • Flexible in work hours (available to work 24/7 for 24 hour coverage as needed)
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional responsibilities:
  • MRO & Bill of Materials - Labels, boxes, bags, film and chemicals
  • Load and unload storage/transfer trailers
  • Unloading of purchased goods delivery
  • Delivered goods verification and log
  • Warehouse stocking of purchased goods
  • Special order items - notify requisitioner of arrival status
  • USDA items received delivered to USDA
  • Open accounts - BOM product

This is a safety sensitive position. This is not a remote position.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates for the Warehouse Clerk position should possess the following:
  • Data entry, computer skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, self-starter
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Bilingual a plus

Physical Requirements:
  • Climbing occasionally
  • Stooping occasionally
  • Crouching occasionally
  • Standing for 8 or more hours per day
  • Walking frequently
  • Pushing frequently
  • Pulling frequently
  • Grasping frequently
  • Repetitive motions frequently
  • Must be able to lift and carry for short distances up to 100 lbs
  • Environment: Hot/Cold
