Wellness Coaching Lead Analyst

Location: Kapolei, HI — Onsite only
Pay: $37/hour
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for alternate shifts such as 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Assignment: 6-week contract with potential to extend or convert

Position Overview

We are seeking a personable and engaging Well-Being Navigator to support employees onsite in Kapolei, Hawaii. This role will serve as a wellness benefit concierge, helping employees navigate healthcare services, wellness programs, employer benefits, community resources, and emotional and physical well-being support. The Navigator will build strong relationships with employees and leaders while promoting a culture of health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with employees and proactively engage them regarding available wellness and healthcare resources.
  • Connect employees with health services, community resources, employer benefits, and wellness programs.
  • Assist employees with scheduling appointments, accessing EAP services, and navigating available benefits.
  • Provide referrals and follow up with employees regarding resource utilization.
  • Help identify and address barriers to care, including social determinants of health.
  • Support wellness campaigns, employee engagement activities, onsite events, and resource fairs.
  • Deliver health and wellness presentations and educational sessions.
  • Partner with leaders and internal stakeholders to increase awareness and utilization of well-being programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and confidentiality.
  • Travel to other Disney properties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in health and wellness, workplace wellness, health promotion, or wellness programming.
  • Experience with direct member or employee communication.
  • Experience conducting onsite employee engagement activities and presenting to groups.
  • Knowledge of healthcare navigation, emotional health needs, and social determinants of health.
  • Familiarity with employer-sponsored benefits, insurance programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Experience working with diverse and multicultural populations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging employees in a highly visible onsite role.
  • Filipino language skills are preferred but not required.

This is a $37/hour onsite contract opportunity with potential for extension or conversion.
