Job description

Overview
The Inbound Coordinator spends the majority of their day either entering or extracting information from the computer. They are also responsible for answering phones, scheduling delivery appointments and coordinating driver traffic.
This position is based at our Distribution Center in Glendale, Arizona. This role supports the Inbound shift - Wednesday through Saturday schedule, with shifts beginning at 3:00 AM.
Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into Sprouts distribution center database systems.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls from carriers and drivers.
  • Prepare and file paperwork such as work orders, bills of lading, shipping order etc.
  • Schedule delivery appointments.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities & Physical Requirements)
  • High School Diploma or GED. Prefer 1 year experience in the administrative support field.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service, preserve confidential information, be reliable, dependable and organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, and internet based systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment and comply with strict time frames and deadlines. Work with a sense of urgency.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements
  • This position will work in a distribution center.
  • Exposure to extreme temperature changes, moisture, noise, odors, and moving equipment.
  • Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time using a PC, phone and other office equipment.
