  • Location: Great Wolf Lodge (Garden Grove, CA)
  • Pay Rate: $17.90/hr
  • Hours: Part-time (20-30 hours weekly); Must have open availability Saturdays and Sundays!

The Spirit of the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized cashier to join our team. No previous work experience required. As a cashier, you will be handling payment transactions as well as printing and filing paperwork and organizing reports. This position will require excellent communication skills between you and our guests as well as your team to provide a memorable experience for our guests.
Cashier Duties and Responsibilities:
• Inquire with guest of any needs
• Communicate with supervisors and direct valets to assist with guests' needs
• Enter and exit valet tickets into our system software
• Verify all information on valet tickets has been gathered and noted
• Process customer payments accurately and effectively completing transaction steps
• Perform daily LAZ Parking to client report audits
• Count register and makes necessary deposits on each shift, handling all cash/transactions
• Guarantee integrity and accurate cash handling
• Prepare end-of-day shift reports and receipts
• Direct guests towards their intended destinations
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace
• Effectively meet company standards that are aligned in the employee handbook.
• Pass on shift information to the next cashier
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a neat appearance and be well-groomed
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
