Our successful personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a bilingual receptionist who speaks Spanish and English fluently. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and professional, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: -Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate individuals -Conduct a brief intake on potential clients and cases -Greet clients and visitors in person -Sort incoming mail and send mail via FedEx or UPS -Filing paperwork and maintaining accurate records -Receiving and sending faxes -Scanning incoming mail and labeling electronic files -Perform data entry in our Legal Software (Filevine) -Prepare letters, documents, and spreadsheets -Keep the work area clean and organized -Coordinate tasks with case managers and attorneys

Requirements: -Fluent in Spanish and English -Bachelors Degree -Prior customer service experience preferred -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal -Excellent organizational skills -Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
