Downtown Los Angeles Personal Injury law firm, seeks an intake specialist with a minimum of one (1) year of personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a legal assistant, paralegal, or case manager performing the following tasks:
  • Conducting intakes
  • Confirming coverage
  • Creating matters and electronic files
  • Coordinating medical treatment
  • Case management
Requirements:
  • One (1) year handling personal injury matters
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent customer service skills - you will be talking to clients on a daily basis.
