Senior IBM FileNet Developer

Location- Atlanta-GA (Hybrid)

Duration-12+Months

Role Overview

The Senior IBM FileNet Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing workflow‑driven content management and business process automation solutions using IBM FileNet P8, IBM BPM/BAW, and KwikWork Business Process Framework (BPF).


Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Development & Configuration
  • Design and develop workflows using IBM FileNet P8 and KwikWork BPF
  • Configure:
    • Electronic forms
    • Workflow queues
    • Routing rules and decision logic
  • Customize and optimize business workflows for performance and scalability
Business Process Automation
  • Automate manual business processes such as:
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Proof of Delivery
    • Loan Processing
  • Enable Straight‑Through Processing (STP) to reduce manual intervention
System & Application Integration
  • Integrate KwikWork BPF with:
    • ERP systems
    • External business applications
  • Support bi‑directional data exchange and automated document distribution
Document Lifecycle Management
  • Develop solutions for content ingestion:
    • Paper
    • Digital formats
    • EDI
  • Implement exception handling within a unified user interface
Governance & Compliance
  • Develop role‑based security models
  • Implement audit trails and approval workflows
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through secure content and process design
