Job description

We are looking for someone with verified practical experience working/supporting document management technologies (7-10 years)
This individual contributor role will primarily be responsible for providing sustaining application and environment support:
performing build and configuration of application environments, and creation of associated process documentation
developing and documenting internal procedures for use in operational support of applications and environments
monitoring of system performance, system resource planning and forecasting, and implementation of performance improvement activities end user application support, and application issue troubleshooting and resolution
engaging organizations within and outside of KP to address and resolve application- or infrastructure-related hardware or software issues provide off-hours support for scheduled and occasional unscheduled activities as the need arises
Required Skills:
Minimum two years working experience with AIX/Linux/Windows systems in a user and administrator capacity
Minimum two years working experience with IBM Datacap in a user and administrator capacity. Experience with Vignette Image Capture is preferred but not required
Minimum two years working experience with IBM FileNet in a user and administrator capacity. Experience Vignette Integrated Document Management (IDM) is preferred but not required
Minimum two years working experience with shell scripting or any other programming language
Good working knowledge of DB2, MSSQL, and Oracle databases; NFS, NAS, and SSL technologies
Good working knowledge of IBM WebSphere and IBM MQ technologies
Experience with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and office productivity tools
Experience with Intellective Unity and Solr are added advantage. They are preferred but not required
Good understanding of application lifecycle and code migration process
