High School diploma or GED. Extensive knowledge of Engine and Component Maintenance Manuals and their structure as defined by Technical Publications and the AA CRM/ESO process a plus. Strong analytical ability. Attention to detail a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Solid organizational skills vital. Self-motivated, sound judgment and decision making ability. Ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language. Working knowledge of software applications used in document authoring and other departmental processes (e.g. SQL, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SGML, XML, MS Word, Excel, FileMaker Pro, Access, SharePoint, Teradata etc.).

Qualifications

Individual performs technical service duties; which includes, but not limited to: maintaining paper/electronic library of technical documents, cataloging and physical processing of new materials to support the Tech Ops operation. Responsible for maintaining maintenance documents and administering collection of required technical documents and records. Reviews and analyzes technical maintenance data changes from Engineering, as well as revisions per established FAA guidelines and vendors/suppliers for Publications in assigned Engine, Component, Airframe and AA generated manuals; and rectify electronic data issues to ensure integrity of the technical data has not been compromised and is accessible for all required users. Assigning electronic data to the appropriate end users. Adding watermark information onto a pdf document. Linking pdf documents.
