Position Summary
The Client Relations & Loan Originator Support Associate supports the onboarding, systems setup, and ongoing experience of our nationwide network of Loan Originators. This role works closely with Recruiting, Licensing, Compliance, Operations, and other corporate departments to help ensure smooth communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding and support of Loan Originators
  • Track and maintain onboarding and licensing paperwork
  • Provide professional customer service and support via phone and email
  • Support systems administration for platforms such as Arive, Calyx, Slack, and company email accounts
  • Coordinate webinars, trainings, and onboarding resources
  • Maintain accurate digital records and internal documentation
  • Assist with branch updates, account setup, and operational support tasks
  • Serve as a helpful resource for Loan Originators and internal departments
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning multiple systems and software platforms
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook experience required
  • Mortgage, HR, onboarding, or administrative experience is a plus
  • Paycom, FileMaker, or CRM/HRIS experience is helpful but not required
Compensation & Schedule
  • Hourly Range: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Full Time | Hourly / Non-Exempt
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • In-office position located in San Diego, CA
  • Potential hybrid flexibility after introductory period based on business needs
