Job description

Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:
• Monitor and track subcontract invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments, as well as support financial forecasting and accruals.
• Maintain precise records of various project components throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities for subcontractor and visitor access to SRS, including site access, Computer Accounts Only (CAO), visitor badges, and security and access clearances.
• Maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders, track key progress of deliverables, and assist in identifying and removing obstacles to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and process engineering deliverables to Document Control or Records Management.
• Coordinate and maintain project vacation calendars.
• Schedule Monthly Safety Meetings.
• Coordinate Project Meetings.
• Knowledge and understanding of engineering documents, E7 procedures, and 3E Procurement procedures.
• Experience with SRNS programs such as SmartPlant Foundation (SPF), Electronic Document Workflow System (EDWS), Engineering Plant & Facilities Management(EPFM) FileMaker Pro, Proteus, and PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge and experience in engineering document control is preferable.
• Knowledge and understanding of records management procedures and practices, as well as policies and administrative project procedures.
• Proficiency with general office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Filemaker Pro.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated balance of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and leadership skills to enhance performance, compliance, and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Basic oral and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
• Associate's degree in relevant field plus completion of applicable certification or on-the-job training, OR High school diploma plus completion of applicable certification or on-the-job training plus at least one year of experience (YOE) in an applicable role
• Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
