A Project Manager Assistant (PMA) plays a vital role in supporting medium-sized project teams by working directly with Estimators and Project Managers. This role requires strong communication, computer, and typing skills to efficiently manage documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks, ensuring projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project documentation and file management
  • Support scheduling and coordination activities for project teams
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain project records
  • Generate and distribute project reports
  • Communicate effectively with Estimators and Project Managers
