Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator

We are a growing construction and water mitigation company serving the Denver metro area. We handle emergency water losses, restoration projects, and reconstruction services. Our front desk sets the tone for every client interaction, and this role is critical to our daily operations.

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, upbeat, and professional Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our company. This role manages incoming calls, greets visitors, supports daily office operations, and assists the operations team with administrative tasks. You must be organized, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with field staff
  • Manage email communications through Outlook
  • Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized digital and paper files
  • Assist with invoicing support and general office administration
  • Maintain a clean, professional front desk environment
  • Ensure desk coverage by 8:00 AM daily
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of administrative assistant or front desk experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Monday through Friday schedule
