Location: San Antonio or Plano, TX
Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Onsite Campus

Support key member experiences including Join, Onboarding, and Member Recognition & Rewards. This position is designed for entry level candidates through approximately 2 4 years of professional experience and focuses on human-centered design, visual design, research, and mobile experiences.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design or a closely related human-centered field
  • Recent graduate or approximately 2 4 years of UX Design experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Good visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Figma
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills
  • Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual design capabilities
  • Academic portfolio projects are acceptable

Responsibilities


  • Apply human-centered design methodologies, including the Double Diamond framework
  • Design intuitive and engaging experiences based on user insights
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Legal partners
  • Participate in user research, including interviews, usability testing, synthesis, and insights generation
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate design decisions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and pen and paper
  • Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback into iterative design solutions

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience designing for Native Apps or Progressive Web Applications (PWAs)
  • Graphic design experience
  • Motion design experience
  • Interest in emerging technologies and integrating AI into product experiences and design workflows
