Location: Englewood, CO (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in UX/UI design and AWS Connect to lead the design, development, and implementation of customer service and call center solutions. This hybrid role requires hands-on experience with AWS services, UI/UX tools, and third-party integrations to optimize both agent workflows and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive UX/UI solutions for IVR systems, chatbots, dashboards, and customer-facing tools.
  • Develop AWS Connect contact flows and integrate with platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Use AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Polly, and CloudWatch to build scalable, AI-powered call center solutions.
  • Conduct user testing, prototyping, and iterative design based on performance data and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers and developers.
