Job Title: UI/UX Designer 4
Location: Broomfield, CO / Chicago, IL (Hybrid 3 Days per week Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills
  • 10+ years of UI/UX Design experience.

  • Strong recent experience designing mobile applications (mandatory).

  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma and Figma Make.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools integrated with Figma.

  • Ability to demonstrate successful use cases and measurable outcomes achieved using AI design tools.

  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, responsive design, and design systems.

  • Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise applications.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

  • Portfolio link required on resume.

  • Current location must be listed on resume.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with enterprise/mobile-first applications.
