Job description

We're reinventing an enterprise data platform, and we need a product designer who understands user experience as more than pixels on a screen. This role is part of a cross-functional product team. You'll work alongside analysts and developers to turn substandard user interfaces into elegant workflows and create a cohesive customer experience.

The Work

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for workflows within a consolidated platform
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, translating findings into concrete design decisions
  • Build within our shared design system and collaboration cycle
  • Partner directly with developers to keep workflows clean and accurate

What You Need

  • 3 years designing interfaces, flows, and prototypes with input from real users
  • Practical experience with human-centered design (HCD), atomic design, and lean UX concepts and methodologies
  • Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, and Confluence team-wide or at enterprise scale
  • Working understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)

Bonus Points

  • Experience on a large-scale federal IT program
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with SAFe delivery framework
