We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Associate Art Director to serve as a key partner to our Creative Director. In this role, you will help translate high-level creative vision into compelling visual executions across all platforms. You will lead art direction for high-impact still photography, social content, and video, ensuring every piece of content is conceptually strong, visually cohesive, and aligned with the brand vision.

The ideal candidate is both a conceptual thinker and a skilled visual storyteller - someone who can develop the "big idea" and bring it to life through thoughtful execution and polished design.

Key ResponsibilitiesVision Collaboration
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director to evolve and execute the brand's visual identity and creative strategy.
  • Help maintain a consistent visual language across campaigns, content, and channels.
Multi-Medium Art Direction

Lead the creative direction and aesthetic development for a variety of content types, including:

Stills
  • Direct photography shoots and oversee visual composition, styling, and retouching.
  • Ensure all imagery meets a high standard of craft and brand consistency.
Social Content
  • Create and curate engaging, platform-specific content including reels, stories, and static assets.
  • Develop visually compelling content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
Video Content
  • Art direct video shoots and collaborate with videographers, editors, and motion designers.
  • Develop storyboards and visual treatments to support cohesive storytelling.
Concept Development
  • Create and present original visual concepts that effectively communicate brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
  • Translate strategic insights into impactful "360-campaign" creative ideas.
Hands-On Visualization
  • Produce high-fidelity mockups, layouts, mood boards, and digital sketches during concept and production phases.

Production Leadership
  • Oversee projects from concept through final delivery.
  • Direct photographers, videographers, editors, and freelancers to ensure high-quality execution.
Team Mentorship
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to junior designers and freelance creatives.

Visual & Technical Expertise
  • Strong experience art directing photo and video shoots.
  • Ability to create shoot decks, storyboards, mood boards, and high-fidelity visual presentations.

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Figma and modern AI-assisted design tools.
