Job Summary:

The Senior AI Developer will establish our strategic use of AI technologies. The AI Developer will design, develop, and deploy, AI solutions across a broad spectrum of AI technologies.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current state, technologies, and business needs, in developing a roadmap to standardize AI use.
  • Strategically select AI tools and technologies for best use and adoption at the company.
  • Connect with commercial models.
  • Deploy and manage 3rd-party or open-source models in an Azure environment.
  • Optimize Developer workflows for AI-assisted engineering.
  • Prototype proof-of-concept applications.
  • Design AI solutions, using Best Practices, that follow the established Roadmap and Strategy.
  • Develop, embed, and integrate, AI solutions following Best Practices.
  • Deploy AI solutions using established architecture.
  • Provide support of AI solutions and adjacent technologies.
  • Monitor and optimize AI tools performance.
  • Assist staff in developing “AI literacy”.


Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 5+ years in software development with 3 additional years in AI/ML, and RPA development is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with Claude, CoPilot, Cursor, Azure AI Services (Foundry), MCP, and ChatGPT.
  • Strong experience in Python, C#, GitHub, and JS and TS is a plus.
  • Experience building custom plug-ins or extensions.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake or other Data Warehousing technologies, and Figma, is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
