What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Represent clients at arraignments, motions, contested hearings, and trials
  • Draft persuasive motions and constitutional arguments
  • Conduct legal research and develop defense strategies
  • Negotiate with prosecutors for dismissals and favorable resolutions
  • Maintain strong, client-first communication during high-stress situations

Qualifications:

  • J.D. and an active Minnesota law license in good standing
  • 0โ€“3 years of criminal law experience (internships, clerkships, or public defender experience welcomed)
