Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1.ย ย Working knowledge about food handling, food sanitation, and safety
2.ย ย 1 -3 years previous cooking experience preferredย
3.ย ย Must possess use of all kitchen equipment and report any deficiencies including knife handling skills and cooking techniques such as braising, sautรฉ, sear and grill
4.ย ย Must possess proper recipe conversion and measuring
5.ย ย Serve Safe and Allergen Certification preferred
6.ย ย Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends
7.ย ย In process or completion of culinary education preferred
