Retail Event Operations Associates are the front line of Fanatics’ event retail experience. You’ll support set-up, breakdown, logistics, and sales of Fanatics merchandise locations while delivering an exceptional fan experience.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Fanatics brand with professionalism
  • Support event retail set-up and breakdown
  • Assist with sales transactions using Fanatics POS systems
  • Stock and organize merchandise and supplies
  • Help load and unload merchandise trucks
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked retail environments
  • Support inventory counts when needed
  • Create a fun, energetic environment for fans and teammates
  • Assist onsite Retail Event Management as directed


What You Bring

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
  • Experience in retail, merchandise, or event/venue environments preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math skills (handling cash and transactions)
