• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to gain insights into their challenges and strengths.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans by evaluating clients’ needs and goals through impactful engagement strategies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address a wide array of mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering a deeper connection between partners.

• Continuously monitor and adapt treatment plans based on the clients' progress and evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a network of interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to offer holistic care tailored to clients’ overall well-being.

• Provide crisis interventions and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and mental stability.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy to continually enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision.

• Advocate for the rights and autonomy of clients, empowering them to engage in their treatment decisions.

• Promote self-care practices for both clients and yourself, fostering a resilient environment conducive to healing.

• Utilize remote therapy tools proficiently, ensuring a secure and confidential virtual experience for all clients.

Our diverse client population includes teens struggling with academic and social pressures, adults facing relationship challenges, and families navigating conflict. We understand the unique struggles faced by each demographic and seek LMFTs who are skilled in tailoring therapeutic interventions that resonate with each individual’s background and circumstances.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current State Board licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy is crucial.

• Strong ability to complete client assessments and documentation efficiently and accurately.

• Excellent communication and writing skills, with familiarity in electronic health record systems.

• A minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience in a counseling setting.

• Previous experience working with both children and adults is advantageous.

• Skills in conducting therapeutic sessions through digital platforms.
