Position: Mechanical BIM Coordinator

Work on hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial/institutional projects, supporting 3D coordination and mechanical system design.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create 3D coordination, fabrication, and spool drawings

  • Develop mechanical layouts using CAD and project specifications

  • Coordinate across trades for large-scale construction projects

  • Support field teams in resolving mechanical conflicts


Main Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Mechanical BIM / 3D coordination experience

  • Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, SysQue, and AutoCAD

  • Experience in hospitals, labs, or large institutional projects

  • Hands-on field experience with mechanical systems

  • Background in sheet metal, piping, and plumbing (all three required)

  • Ability to produce accurate 3D coordination drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
