Job description

  • We are seeking a Boba Shop Team Member to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Drink Preparation & Service: Following recipes to create various boba drinks and teas, ensuring consistent quality.
    • Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, answering menu questions, and processing payments (cash/POS).
    • Back-of-House (BOH) & Prep: Cooking boba tapioca pearls, brewing tea bases, preparing ingredients (cutting fruit, making syrups), and restocking ingredients.
    • Sanitation & Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing equipment (blenders, sealing machines), washing utensils, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out trash.
    • Opening/Closing: Assisting with daily tasks like turning on/off machines, cleaning the shop, and restocking supplies for the next shift.
    • Teamwork & Compliance: Communicating effectively with team members during busy periods, adhering to food safety/hygiene protocols, and following uniform policies.
  • Qualifications:
    • English Proficiency.
    • Friendly and adaptable, with a positive ‘can-do’ approach.
    • Ability to work well in a team setting and follow instructions closely
