Job description

*This position is temporarily remote. It requires you to provide your own computer to work. You must provide your own reliable internet access. You must have a headset to answer phones. If you are having connection issues with your internet, you must call the Dispatch Manager and arrange to pickup a hotspot. You must also arrange to drop off this equipment.

The FSR position is responsible for interacting with our clients, RCX management and Drivers. An FSR will generally work 3, 12-hour shifts and 1, 6-hour shift per week.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service to RCX clients, field management and drivers.
  • Taking assignments from RCX clients.
  • Answering phones and assisting clients, RCX management and drivers with all issues pertaining to the day to day operation
  • Identifying and assigning drivers and vans to trips received from clients
  • Communicating essential information and updates to our clients, RCX management and drivers
  • Obtaining proper approvals and documentations necessary for payment
  • Perform administrative functions to assist in keeping driver and van information updated.
  • Reporting information necessary for the RCX field managers to properly manage the drivers.
  • Correctly obtaining and recording trip information for communication and billing to the clients.
  • Other duties as necessary to create a proper work environment or that become essential to the day to day operation of the company.

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of high volume dispatching or call-center experience

Physical Qualifications

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Position requires extended periods of time sitting
  • Position requires extended periods of time using a telephone
  • This position is subject to Random drug and alcohol testing
