Field service support experience under manufacturing domain, ITIL, SLA, incident management, IMAC, smart hands support
On network, servers, OT security, service now ticking tool experience, asset management, stock management, audit, escalation management
Meeting room support, excellent in customer communication, good to have team management skill, ops lead role for EUC role.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operation based on onsite support services, ticket management, KPI, escalation, IMAC, Break fixes, dispatch support
t, asset delivery part DaaS service across Hub, spoke and dispatch sites, vendor management, meeting room support, customer connect
Printer support, OT support, factory PCS support, manage team and customer requests on priority
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Should have excellent customer handling skills, governance, lead operations with confidence, manage escalations at regional level,
Should be capable to be proactive to pick operations issue with customer and fix them, decision making capability, mentor team where possible, bring continues improvement
Base Salary Range : $62,000 to $75,000 Per Annum
