GLAUKOS - FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (South Central-Remote)

The Field Service Engineer III is a technical expert capable of providing advanced support in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products in the field. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What will you do?

Field Service Operations:ย 

  • Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of complex systems and equipment.ย 
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.ย 
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Relationship Management:ย 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.ย 
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:ย 

  • Train and mentor junior field service engineers, sharing technical expertise and best practices.ย 
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers to enhance their understanding of our products.

Technical Documentation:ย 

  • Create and maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation, including service reports, troubleshooting guides, and installation manuals.ย
