Location: Springfield, MO (Travel Required)
Pay:
• Base (Shop/Non-Travel): $18.00-$20.00/hour
• Field Pay (While Traveling): $25.00/hour

Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC)
CMC is seeking dependable and versatile Field Workers to support a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects. This role involves hands-on work across multiple trades-including plumbing, electrical, masonry, mechanical systems, and HVAC-on active jobsites. Work is performed both locally and in the field, with travel required for extended periods depending on project needs.
What You'll Do
• Perform work across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, masonry, mechanical systems, and HVAC
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and components
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other trades
• Adapt to varying jobsite conditions and project requirements
• Travel to job sites and remain on location as required
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams and personalities
