The Opportunity
At Onsite Safety, our mission is to Honor God, Help People, and Save Lives. We provide and install construction safety systems that help protect workers from jobsite hazards and help our customers maintain safer, more productive jobsites. We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead the office-based teams that support our field operations, including Scheduling, Dispatch, and Work Order Administration. This leader will develop people, improve service workflows, and build dependable coordination among customers, office teams, and field leadership.
Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop the functional team leads.
  • Establish clear responsibilities, performance expectations, communication standards, and escalation procedures.
  • Oversee the service workflow from customer request through scheduling, dispatch, field execution, and work-order closeout.
  • Coordinate service demand and department capacity with field leadership.
  • Ensure incomplete, delayed, rescheduled, and exception work is visible, assigned, escalated, and resolved.
  • Monitor service performance, work-order accuracy, backlog, capacity, and revenue-impacting issues.
  • Strengthen departmental processes, training, documentation, and accountability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely use of Shepherd, NetSuite, and other operational systems.
  • Partner across Field Operations, Sales, Finance, Builder Relations, and other departments to improve execution and customer service.
  • Build a culture of accountability, reliability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and care for people.

What We're Looking For
  • Three or more years of leadership experience in field service, operations, scheduling, dispatch, construction, customer operations, or a related environment.
  • Experience leading multiple functions or managing through supervisors or team leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate, establish accountability, resolve operational issues, and improve processes.
  • Strong proficiency in field-service, ERP, dispatch, scheduling, reporting, or project-management systems.
  • Ability to interpret operational information, recognize trends, and drive timely follow-up.
  • Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of progressive operational leadership experience.
  • Experience in construction, field service, multi-market operations, or another dispatch-intensive environment.

Work Environment and Time Requirements
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt leadership position that is primarily office-based, with regular interaction across office and field teams. Occasional availability outside regular business hours may be required to address significant operational needs.
