Where You Come In

As a Field Service Representative, you will serve as the on-site expert supporting residential builders and ensuring stair systems, rails, treads, and flooring are installed correctly, safely, and on schedule. You will partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and builders to troubleshoot issues, lead punch-out efforts, and support installation crews across a designated regional territory. This is a travel-based role requiring strong field presence and customer interaction.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Conduct job site visits to verify readiness and review installation requirements
  • Perform field measurements and take-offs to ensure accuracy prior to installation
  • Lead or support punch-out work and service needs for stair systems and rails
  • Ensure proper fit, finish, and function of installed products
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers and subcontractors
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams on schedules, issues, and delays
  • Build strong working relationships with builders and field teams
  • Identify and resolve installation issues and customer concerns
  • Ensure safety, craftsmanship, and compliance with company standards
  • Train and support installation crews as needed
