Rep-Lite is hiring an experiencedย Field Service Technician / Field Service Engineerย to support hospitals and surgical centers across the United States with a base in Atlanta, GA.

This is aย true field-based roleย for someone who thrives inย hands-on, electro-mechanical repair and maintenance -ย not software-heavy troubleshooting. Youโ€™ll be the go-to expert keeping critical medical equipment running in high-stakes environments like the OR and sterile processing.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Performย preventive maintenance (PM)ย andย on-site repairsย on medical devices
  • Troubleshootย electro-mechanical systemsย (mechanical + electrical components)
  • Respond toย field service callsย across hospitals and surgery centers
  • Supportย Sterile Processing (SPD)ย and clinical teams with training and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurateย service documentation and compliance records
