We are looking for Field Service Engineer for our East Coast Operations. As part of the broader Customer Experience team, the Field Service Engineer (FSE) serves as a critical customer-facing representative responsible for supporting installations, preventative maintenance, technical troubleshooting, repairs, customer training, and ongoing service support across the East Coast territory.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of technical problem-solving, customer interaction, project coordination, and independent field-based work. Successful candidates are self-driven, organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining strong communication and collaboration across internal teams.
