The Service Engineer is responsible for servicing and providing customer and distributor support for the analytical instrumentation the company produces. Responsibilities include assembly, electronics debugging, repair, test and calibration of the systems serviced. A willingness to take on new responsibilities, assist in other departments as needed and travel are essential.
This position is a full time position at our office located at 1405 Arrow Point Drive, Suite 1301 Cedar Park, TX 78613.
Work hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a one hour lunch break.
DUTIES
  • Electronic set up, test, calibration, and troubleshooting of new and sold systems
  • Electro-Mechanical Assembly
  • In-House and field service (Domestic & International)
  • Customer and distributor support, written and verbal
  • Other duties as assigned
